OUR MISSION
To encourage and communicate to our youth the ideals of good sportsmanship, effective networking, and teamwork.
The Bailey Basketball Association is a non for profit foundation that intentionally focuses on giving our youth a competitive advantage. Our free events and creative fundraising provides the opportunity for the community to get involved with sponsoring hard working athletes with the opportunity to compete in NBA Arenas. Along with that support, we are also able to strategize with other organizations and sponsor free life skills training to our creative youth. By partnering with and observing quality coaching on the ins-and-outs of the sport, our tournaments feature some of the best players in the Chicagoland area. At the BBA we’re proud to be a supportive foundation for the lovers of the game.

Our programs are designed for middle and high school student-athletes, especially those in underserved communities. Some events are invite-only, while others are open through registration or team application.

Thanks to generous donors, sponsors, and strategic partnerships, we’re able to offer professional-level experiences—like tournaments in NBA/WNBA arenas—at no cost to participating athletes.
